At City Gardens, we’re proud to share that our vision for a vibrant, modern residential community in downtown Kamloops is becoming a reality. As the largest residential development in the city’s history, this project has faced its share of challenges, but our commitment to quality and progress has never wavered.
Our 24-storey Trillium Tower — now the tallest building in Kamloops — is nearing completion, with interior work on suites nearly finished and final touches like balcony railings and amenity spaces underway. We look forward to welcoming our first residents in early 2026.
Construction is progressing quickly on the 20-storey Alyssium Tower, with concrete expected to be fully poured by October and occupancy anticipated between late 2026 and early 2027. With lessons learned from the first tower, we’re confident in a smoother path forward.
Work is also underway on our six-storey Orchid condo building, with its twin, the Lotus, to follow soon, along with other mid-rise apartment buildings planned across the site. Supporting the entire community will be a 600-stall underground parkade, opening in phases alongside our buildings.
We’re excited to see this bold vision for downtown Kamloops come to life and can’t wait to share more as we move closer to welcoming you home.
