City Gardens is preparing for its construction phase in the Spring of this year, starting with the construction of the development’s three-level parkade as part of the 24-storey tower design. Plans for City Gardens include a 24-storey tower, an 800 vehicle parkade, EV charging stations, commercial space, a dog park, a children’s playground, a plaza, and lush landscaping.
In the next few weeks, Kelson Group will open its City Gardens Sales Centre and Show Suite at 220 4th Avenue. The location will welcome people to learn more about the development and experience how City Gardens will look and feel. Currently, only artistic renderings have been available to provide a visual representation of the developments’ attributes and architectural design. With the launch of the Sales Centre and Show Suite, visitors will be invited in to see a 3D model to provide an even more accurate and realistic look at City Gardens.
3D models offer a high level of detail not possible through photography or illustration, allowing people to have an exact visual representation of the properties’ location. The 3D model will provide potential buyers with a clear perspective of the location of each suite in the towers and future buildings that make up City Gardens.
The 3D model is being constructed by AB Scale Models, an architectural model studio located in Vancouver. AB Scale Models has 30 years of experience, bringing worldwide blueprint designs to life, from residential development projects in Edmonton to commercial spaces in Dubai and Australia.
