Kelson Group Property Development (Kelson Group) celebrated the official grand opening of Trillium at City Gardens on September 16, 2026, marking the official completion of the 24-storey residential tower and a major milestone for City Gardens in downtown Kamloops.
The celebration brought together homeowners, project partners, community leaders, and invited guests as Kelson Group welcomed some of Trillium’s first homeowners and marked a transition from years of planning and construction to a growing residential community.
Trillium is the first of six residential buildings to be completed within the larger City Gardens community. Located in the heart of downtown Kamloops, Trillium offers move-in-ready homes, secure underground parking, panoramic views, and convenient access to downtown Kamloops amenities.

The celebration included remarks from project representatives and an official ribbon cutting. Guests were then invited to tour the show suites, resident amenities including the 22nd-floor lounge. The event also provided an opportunity to recognize the many local trades, professionals, and project partners whose contributions helped bring Trillium from concept and design through construction to completion.
With homeowners continuing to move in, Trillium has entered a new chapter as the residential community within the building continues to grow.
