2023 has been a foundational year of growth for the City Gardens development – literally. For months, many of you have watched tonnes of dirt removed from the project site to create a large hole in the downtown core of Kamloops. Since then, crews have worked to stabilize the walls of the “pit” and have moved in to construct a three-storey underground parkade structure and the foundational pillars to support the 24 (Trillium) and 22 (Alyssium) storey towers. Every day, hard working tradespeople have been on site, each playing an important role in the construction of City Gardens. We are thankful for their diligence and expertise.
Trillium is rising out of the ground and as of today (December 14, 2023), we are finishing the 9th floor of the tower. It is estimated that the tower will rise one floor every nine days this coming year until we reach 24 floors, with outside finishing, or cladding, to be added as we go. As well, we are now 49% sold for the Trillium tower, with 74 new families committed to living downtown in our City Gardens development. We are looking forward to welcoming them home!
Moving forward, our team is anticipating the announcement of our next building in the City Gardens development, and we look forward to sharing those details in 2024.

Our sales and marketing team are thankful to those who have captured the vision of City Gardens as they anticipate moving into their new home in Trillium in 2025.
