On March 25, 2024, Kelson Group’s President Jason Fawcett joined Daybreak Kamloops for an exclusive interview on City Gardens’ Trillium tower.
As the tallest building in Kamloops, Trillium has garnered significant attention in the city. During the interview, Fawcett highlighted key milestones in the construction process, including the window walls of the building being placed in the upcoming weeks.
In addition, he provided valuable insights into the project’s impact on the city’s urban landscape and the next steps for its completion, with an expected move-in date for the summer of 2025.
Since the interview, Trillium has exceeded expectations, progressing at an impressive pace. Just last week, crews were working on level 18, with only 6 more floors to go. This underscores the dedication and effort all partners have invested in the project.
