A home should reflect the essence of who you are. It’s more than just a structure; it’s an embodiment of your personality and style. At City Gardens, we are thrilled to offer Trillium Tower’s residents a chance to transform their living spaces into an expression of their dreams. For those who have already purchased a suite, you can select the finishes that resonate with your vision before September 30th, 2023.
We chatted with Kelson Group’s interior design director and lead, Trish Becher, to learn more about the unique colour schemes and collections available to prospective residents.
At City Gardens, purchasers can choose from two exceptional finishing options – the Dune Design Collection and the Metro Design Collection – each crafted to elevate your home into a haven of unparalleled luxury.
The Dune Design Collection pairs modern features and finishes with a colour scheme that maximizes the appeal of your suite both during the day and at night, highlighting a warm greige that pairs well with many colours, patterns and textiles.
“Dune’s colours are very organic, reflecting colours found in nature on a late summer day,” said Becher. “With the look of weathered barnboard or driftwood, the flooring in the Dune collection provides the darker tone within the scheme, creating a grounding calm in the space. The cabinetry accent colour is a light natural oak, with the golden undertones of sun-bleached grass.”
On the other hand, the Metro Design Collection offers a more dramatic and high-contrast scheme, creating a sense of serenity and luxury while giving you the flexibility to add complimentary pops of colour throughout with accessories.
“Equally neutral, the Metro scheme’s high-gloss black tiles, deep rich cabinet colour and dark-roasted feature wall colour makes a much bolder statement,” added Becher.
Although the primary wall colour is the same in both collections, the interaction with lighting and other colours in the surrounding area will add another layer of complexity and uniqueness to each suite, drastically transforming the way it feels.
As Becher explained, “Suites with northern exposures will have an overall cooler effect, with blue-grey tones adding a quiet calm to colours, while those with southern exposures will have dramatic shadow interacting with colours, shifting their appearance throughout the day.”
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to transform your living space into an embodiment of your dreams and aspirations. Whether you’re drawn to soothing hues or bolder shades, the choice is yours!
With over 40 suites still available, you have time to unlock the door to a world of personalized luxury and redefine the art of urban living at City Gardens.
