Alyssium Starts to Rise January 24, 2025

It’s an exciting time for the City Gardens development – the next phase is officially underway! Alyssium, the second residential tower of the project, is currently under construction, bringing us one step closer to realizing this stunning community.

Alyssium is set to be a 22-storey tower, mirroring the beauty and design features of its “sister” tower, Trillium. What makes this new tower truly unique is that it is slated to be a rental building, managed by Kelson Group Property Management, offering the opportunity to live in a modern high-rise building surrounded by stunning views without the real-estate investment.

While this second tower will feature a lot of the same design choices from Trillium, colour schemes will have some minor changes to create a more timeless interior finish.
