Kelson Group Property Development’s multi-building residential project, City Gardens, officially opened the project’s Sales Centre and Show Suite at 238 – 4th Avenue in downtown Kamloops today.
“We have fully redesigned this street level space in the core of downtown Kamloops to build our Sales Centre and Show Suite,” remarked Jason Fawcett, President of Kelson Group. “As we build Trillium, our first tower at City Gardens, we wanted to give people an opportunity to see a concept layout of a suite. Trillium will be the first building to rise, a 24-storey residential tower, and the show suite gives prospective residents a sense of the well-appointed finishes and thoughtful design. The Sales Centre and Show Suite will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 10:30am to 4:00pm, and the official sales launch date has just been announced.
