This month, Kelson Group would like to acknowledge all of the trades people and companies helping behind the scenes as we continue to build the City Gardens development. This includes the likes of Stealth Security, Kamloops Wire Products, and the Lux Loo.
We recognize that all the hard-working tradespeople contributing to the City Gardens development must take care of business; therefore, they are incredibly grateful to Lux Loo for providing their portable restrooms. Since 2019, this partly owned Indigenous company’s focus on customer service has made dealing with the inevitable enviable. In addition to City Gardens, Lux Loo has also provided relief for large-scale construction projects, as well as residential builds all over Kamloops, Merritt and the Shuswap and serviced the 2022 Kamloops Rib Fest and 2023 The Scotties Tournament of Hearts.
Owner Mike Letterlough shares, “We are extremely proud and grateful to work with the City Garden Development. Being part of a project that will reshape our downtown core’s look and provide housing for the city is monumental. The project management and construction team are safety-oriented, and we are happy to be a part of the success story that will be City Gardens.”
This is a sentiment that Jon Daboll, manager at Kamloops Wire Products (KWP), echoes. “We are proud to be a part of City Gardens, working with professionals like the Kelson Group who strive to make Kamloops a better city. Our municipality is lucky to have them here.”
Kelson Group is likewise appreciative to work again with KWP, who provides and maintains the fencing for the construction’s perimeter that incorporates the massive gates to allow for heavy equipment to access the site and keeps the worksite safe and Stealth Security for their security services.
Teamwork makes the dream work!
