The free seminar will be held on June 8, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the City Gardens Sale Centre & Show Suite at 238 4th Avenue in downtown Kamloops. Brendan Shaw, REALTOR® and Managing Broker of Brendan Shaw Real Estate (BSRE) and a select group of speakers hope to share the benefits of downsizing, tips, and how to transition to condo living with ease.
“The goal of the seminar is to answer questions homeowners might have with regards to selling their home to downsize and move into a condo, enjoying the benefits of condo living,” said Shaw. “Downsizing is a lifestyle change and we want to help people prepare for, and welcome, this change.”

Attendees will learn from industry professionals like Mortgage Tech, a team of qualified experts ready to answer questions and guide homebuyers through a home financing process. The seminal will also feature a talk by Shawn Ferguson of Everything Organized Kamloops; on how to effectively organize your belonging to fit your new Trillium condo.
Light refreshments will follow with an opportunity for people to tour the City Gardens Sales Centre & Show Suite and learn more about Kelson Group’s City Gardens project.
