What does first-come, first-served mean?
Our presale launch will take place at 10 a.m. on May 28, 2022 at our Sales Centre & Show Suite located at 238 4th Avenue in downtown Kamloops. This presale will have prices starting at $299,999 for one day only, before they are listed on MLS.
Priority will be given to people that are there in person at the Sales Centre and Show Suite on May 28 and afterwards, we will be working through our waitlist for those who were unable to attend in person.
Will there be a waitlist for sales at Trillium?
YES, for those who are unable to make our sales launch event, we have been organizing a waitlist we will be working through. To join, email email@example.com or call 778.471.1498 for a call back at the sales event.
Will interested buyers who are not able to attend be able to send a representative, or a stand-in/realtor on their behalf?
YES, if a buyer is unable to attend the sales launch of Trillium at City Gardens, we encourage them to reach out to a real estate agent to stand in on their behalf. Alternatively, they may call us at 778.471.1498 and we will add them to our waitlist for a call back at the event.
What documents should buyers bring with them to the Sales Launch?
Buyers should bring their identification. We will supply copies of the Developer Disclosure Statement, Contract of Purchase and Sale, and related disclosures in addition to all marketing materials readily available.
What type of deposit is required to purchase?
The developer is requiring a 20% deposit; however, this deposit will be split into two payments to make payment easier. For more information, visit our Sales Centre and Show Suite or call 778.471.1498.
When is the expected occupancy for the units in the Trillium tower?
Expected occupancy is June 2025.
What type of upgrades are there as a part of Trillium sales?
We will have upgrades available at an additional cost including, but not limited to:
- additional parking (although one stall will be included with each unit purchased)
- EV car charging
- storage locker(s)
- appliance upgrade (Samsung appliance package included with each purchase)
- window coverings/blinds upgrade (although a base blind package will be included with each unit purchase)
Will rentals at Trillium be allowed?
YES, long-term rentals will be allowed; however, there are restrictions on short-term rentals.
Is City Gardens’ Trillium tower pet-friendly?
A lot of people have been asking if pets will be allowed and yes, the proposed by-laws allow for up to two (2) animals less than 50lbs or 22” at the withers.
Will there be bike storage at Trillium?
YES, there will be common bike storage; we will also have a limited number of storage lockers that will be available for purchase as well.
Will there be visitor parking for guests of Trillium residents?
YES, there will be visitor parking located in Aspen, a residential building in a later phase at City Gardens.
